ThreadSync offers various subscription plans with different feature sets and usage limits. Current plans include Starter, Professional, and Enterprise tiers. Plan details and pricing are available on our website.
Free trials may be offered at our discretion. At the end of a trial period, your account will convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled.
Enterprise SLA: Enterprise customers receive enhanced SLA terms as specified in their individual service agreements.

If we fail to meet our uptime commitment, eligible customers may request service credits as follows:
Credits must be requested within 30 days of the incident and are applied to future billing periods.
You may use our Services for lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

You retain all rights to your Customer Data. We do not claim ownership of any data you submit to the Services.
You grant us a limited license to use Customer Data solely to provide the Services, including processing, storing, and transmitting data as necessary for platform functionality.
We implement security measures aligned with SOC 2 controls to protect Customer Data. For details on our data handling practices, please review our Privacy Policy.
Upon request, we will provide you with an export of your Customer Data in a standard format. Data export requests should be submitted through our support portal.
All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, documentation, trademarks, and proprietary technology, remain with ThreadSync. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited license to use the Services.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about our Services, we may use this information without obligation to you.
The Services may integrate with third-party applications and services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
ThreadSync partners with Strategic AI Advisory (operated by Cichocki Enterprises LLC) for advanced AI consulting services. Partner services are subject to separate terms.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THREADSYNC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThreadSync, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees.

Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease. We will retain your Customer Data for 30 days, during which you may request an export. After 30 days, data will be deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable subscription agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and ThreadSync.
