ThreadSync is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by carriers.

• Not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing
• Maintain appropriate security measures to protect your information

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The SMS service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ThreadSync does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free service, compatibility with all devices or carriers, or delivery timing of messages.

10. Limitation of Liability

ThreadSync shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the SMS service, delays or failures in message delivery, unauthorized access to your messages, or any carrier-related issues.

11-13. Legal

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThreadSync from any claims arising from your use of the SMS service. These Terms are governed by US law. We may update these Terms from time to time.
