- Be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided
- Agree to receive messages even if your number is on a Do Not Call list
4. Opt-In and Opt-Out
Opt-In: By providing your mobile number and consent, you agree to receive SMS messages from ThreadSync.
Opt-Out: You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

5. Message Frequency and Costs
- Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan
- ThreadSync does not charge for SMS messages, but carrier fees may apply

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The SMS Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee message delivery timing or availability, as these depend on carrier networks and other factors outside our control.

ThreadSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the SMS Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
